Matthew Howell: Ok brod you start us off

Brody Phillips: Nah I won the toss and sent you in

Matthew Howell: The two blues 2015 b&f night at the Old Woolstore was a great evening for players across all 3 teams, partners, parents, friends and board members.

Brody Phillips:  Attendees were treated to a delicious banquet that was meticulously prepared by the Woolstore natives. There were carrots, there was broccoli, peas were present, green chicken curry was seen nestled in between a variety of roasted meats.

Alex Harris Fundraiser – $5,000 raised!

We are very proud to report that the LFC U18’s team hosted a head shave and leg wax night where almost $5,000 was raised to assist our club member Alex Harris, with his cancer treatment.

Thank you to Lindisfarne Barber Paul Rafter for providing some superb cuts!

Great to see the LFC community work together and achieve such a tremendous result.

Speak Up! Stay ChatTY

We were very pleased to welcome Mitch McPherson from Speak Up! Stay ChatTy to speak with players about his personal experience with suicide and suicide prevention strategies.  The players banded together before Mitch’s arrival and surprised him with a donation of almost $1,000 to ensure the organisation can continue its mission in reducing and preventing suicide.

Keep up the great work Mitch, we look forward to supporting you further in the future.
